  • Due to the handmade, personal wear, energetically attuned, & hygienic nature (earlobes y'all, that's an orifice) of Spell Jewelry; no returns or exchanges can be accepted.
  • Email hello.lorettahenn@gmail.com with any questions or concerns. If something unexpectedly breaks or tarnishes, I will happily repair/replace if possible. Reach out!


CANDLES Got it, sniffed it, didn't love it? I get it.

  • Core Collection Candles may be eligible for RETURN if the following conditions are met:
    • Product & packaging must be in new & unused condition.
    • Product must be returned within 14 days of receipt by customer.
    • Return shipping is to be paid for by customer.
      • Ship to: L.H. RETURNS 1450 S. WELCH CT. LAKEWOOD, CO 80228
    • Proof of return shipping, by scan/pic/fwd of carrier receipt, must be submitted to hello.lorettahenn@gmail.com within 14 days of customer's receipt of product.
    • Refund will be processed upon receipt & satisfactory inspection of returned goods.
      • May incur 5% restocking fee (which is like $1.35 on a $27 candle).
      • May take 3-10 days to process.
  • Core Collection Candles may be eligible for EXCHANGE if the following conditions are met:
    • Product & packaging must be in new & unused condition.
    • Product must be returned within 14 days of receipt by customer.
    • Return shipping is to be paid for by customer.

    • Proof of return shipping, by scan/pic/fwd of carrier receipt, & requested exchange item must be submitted to hello.lorettahen@gmail.com within 14 days of customer's receipt of product.
    • Exchange item will be processed & shipped upon receipt & satisfactory inspection of returned goods.
      • Exchange item will be Final Sale & ineligible for exchange or return.
  • Seasonal/Festive Candles are only available for limited release. I make a finite number of small batches. Due to their short but sweet product lifecycle, no returns or exchanges can be accepted.

 

SPELL KITS, ADD ONS, FREEBIES

  • Due to the fact that it costs about as much to ship a Spell Bundle as it does to make one, & I put so very much care & energy into each one; no returns, refunds, or exchanges are possible. 
  • Yes: I love putting little add ons/freebies in with your orders! Nope: you cannot return/exchange them for something else. If I send you a freebie that's just not your vibe, please share the love and pass it along.
